Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. We strive to be as accommodating as possible, but we also need to protect our business and our team. Please carefully read through the following cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule your consult, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the date. If you reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no fee. If you have already submitted your surveys and photos and you want to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to submit your survey and photos OR failure to provide complete information without contacting us to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled date will result in an automatic cancellation of your consultation. To reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at Mirna@mjbeautyaletier.com. Please include your name, appointment date and time, and reason for rescheduling. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In these situations, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment or waive any fees. However, we reserve the right to use our discretion when determining whether to waive a fee. We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
